You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring staff use the platform lawfully.

We may suspend or reject registrations that appear fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, or upload unlawful content.

You remain responsible for your business operations, tax compliance, receipts, and customer-facing obligations in your jurisdiction.

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are described at signup or in your admin subscription area.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in your plan.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. You must also comply with applicable data protection laws for your customers and staff.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Billdish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
